The artwork celebrates determination, wisdom, nostalgia, self-worth, and mischief.
Under her given name Anca Risca, she also serves as a Creative Director at the Aardman Nathan Love animation studio, and is an instructor at the School of Visual Arts.
She is based in Brooklyn, NY and lives with her two cats, Cookie and Sammich.
